In addition to setting up and confirming appointments with clients, printing/preparing documents, traveling to arranged locations, meeting with clients, properly verifying their identity and witnessing their signatures.

My previous background includes 10+ years in the mortgage industry as an Internal Auditor. In which I was responsible for examining internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures at the closing and servicing stages.
