I have worked the last 20 years as a Sr Loan Closer in the mortgage industry. I prepared loan docs for closings, balanced settlement statements and ordered wires. Before switching to the mortgage company, I worked at Hexter-Fair title Company as an escrow assistant and back in 1994 I worked at Kayton and Thunhorst conducting closings until they closed down. I have worked with conventional, FHA and VA loans. I am newly retired and looking to go back to work on a flexible schedule.
