I also understand that I, the notary, will be representing your service and to do that effectively, my job must be carried out promptly, properly and, with exceptional attention to detail. Lastly, I understand that incomplete signings can cost your clients a rate lock, the buyer to miss the close of escrow, and a huge pain in your side. That is why I would like to offer my Mobile Notary services and assist you as an extension of your professionalism and customer service.

As a mobile notary I can provide the following:

- Willingness to drive to your location to pick up and drop off loan packets same day!
- Willingness to print loan packets at home using my dual tray, laser jet printer.
- Flexibility and a willingness to meet the signer at the location and time of THEIR choosing.
- Complete loan signings with each signature, initial, and date filled out correctly. - I will quadruple check every single page.
- Ability to guide the signer through loan documents and fill out blanks, while legally maintaining my role as a notary.
- Knowledge of important loan documents and their purposes such as the: Note, Closing statement, Deed, 1003 (including both sig. lines), CD, and more!
- Experience with general notary work and knowledge of how to properly notarize a document.
