I am also very comfortable with speaking with Borrowers and I clearly understand the closing process.

I have worked closely Escrow officers, Agents and other 3rd party lenders. I am certain they would find comfort in knowing I was the signing agent for any of their closings.

I understand Notary signing services require different minimum Insurance and Bond coverages, and I plan to increase my coverage accordingly.
