I go over every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are filled out and triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you immediately. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
