I am an NNA certified, bonded, and insured Notary Signing Agent. I am also a member of the American Association of Notaries (AAN). I have serviced around 160 signings in my year, to include, general notary signings, affidavits; Real Estate purchase, reverse mortgage, split transactions; refinancing, loan modifications; and home equity lines of credit. E-signings hybrid and Remote Online Notary(RON) services are also available. My schedule is flexible 7:00a-8:00pm daily Monday-Saturday. My service area(s) are mainly comprised of suburbs in the southwestern sector of Dallas: Duncanville, Cedar Hill, Desoto, Lancaster, Grand Prairie, Arlington, and Mansfield. I am also available to service areas including the cities nearest both of the airports, including Downtown, Uptown and North Dallas, Highland Park, NorthPark, Irving/Las Colinas and Euless. I am willing to service any portion of the DFW metroplex. I am extremely astute in all notary laws and strictly adhere to them when representing my clients.
