I have an undeniable passion for hospitality and genuinely care about the relationships I create with Clients as well as associates. As a results driven professional, I have an insatiable hunger for the learning and development of skills required to be the most proficient on the job. Years of hospitality experience have allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interpret Client’s needs and the skill to successfully exceed Guest expectation. I have a proven track record of maintaining a reliable work ethic, successfully coordinating multiple tasks, demonstrating a professional demeanor in challenging situations and effectively leading a team. My personal attributes include a keen eye for detail, being versatile and organized, sharp problem solving skills and a "can do" attitude. I am a notary with 2 plus years experience and I am NNA certified. I wear several different titles which include, judicial branch certification commission as a process server, also an immigration documentation consultant.
With these different entities I cover the city of Dallas and its surrounding areas, which include Collin County, Denton County, Rockwall County, Kaufman County, Ellis County, and Tarrant County. Being a mobile service, I am also willing to travel outside of these areas.
I have over 20 years of management experience in the service and hospitality industry, with the last 11yrs as the General Manager of two different properties. After 11 years of service, due to econimic downturn the properties that I managed closed their doors. With the uncertainty of working in that industry, I took it upon myself to venture out and control my own destiny by starting my own business.
My expertise is having the ability to solve problems with excellent communication skills. Being focused on each task that is presented to me, with full attention to detail from start to completion.
