I have been designated as a certified and back ground screen notary signing agent. I have experience with reverse mortgages, commercial real estate transactions, fha/hud(hecm), refinance, loan documents, tax documents, affidavits, acknowledgements, subpoenas, heloc, and general notarizations to the public I have a clear background, errors and omission coverage/ overnight documents are accepted. I will be dressed professional for all signings at any location.
I work a full time job at this time from 8-5 PM CST. I’m flexible with signing schedules if need during this time. I service DFW and surrounding counties such as Ellis, Kaufman, Tarrant, Parker, and Navarro county.
