I am meticulous in checking documents, making sure that each and every page is filled out properly and has signatures, dates and initials. I also triple check to make sure that key documents such as Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 are filled out properly.
If in the rare event a mistake is made, I will put everything to a halt to make sure I get it fixed ASAP.
Documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing is complete (I’m aware of my local FedEx drop off times) and you will be informed throughout the whole process.
