In my commitment to excellent service, I will:
-Communicate before and after signing, so you always know where things stand.
-Walk your client through the documents to ensure they know what they are signing. I will never tell your client to just “sign here.”
-Review all docs before leaving the appointment, and again before shipping, to ensure every signature, initial, date and stamp is complete.
-In the rare event of an error, docs will be updated ASAP.
-Last FedEx shipment is 8:15 pm, allowing for overnight docs even with later in the day signings.
