I am a new notary with less than 2 years experience. I have taken (and am still going over) the Mark Wills - Loan Signing System (LSS) course. I am National Notary Association (NNA) certified, background checked with 100K E&O insurance.

Currently as of March 2023, I have ZERO signings under my belt. After going through the LSS course, life happened and I had to put things on the back burner. So now that those opticals have been removed I am eager to get back to where I started and am ready to get my feet wet. I have a dual tray laser printer, and scanner.

Since I'm LSS trained (and still getting trained and mentored), you can rest assured that hiring me I am trained and knowledgeable and very detailed oriented concerning loan documents. My training has taught me to go over loan documents with a fine tooth comb over and over and over again, ensuring all dates, all signatures and all initials are complete and properly filled out. I was also trained to triple check and especially make sure that the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 are filled out properly.

I am human and not saying I don't or can't make mistakes, but if a mistake is found that I missed I'm willing to correct the problem immediately.

As a Notary Public I am responsible for verifying and authenticating documents such as wills, deeds, contracts, and affidavits and ensuring that the signers are who they say they are and that they can willingly sign the documents.

And as a Loan Signing Agent, I am certified and trained to complete the loan signing process. I have the necessary knowledge to authenticate the borrower’s identity, collect the borrower’s signature on loan documents, and complete the notarization of loan documents. I am also responsible for verifying and authenticating documents such as loan applications, promissory notes, closing documents, and other documents related to the loan transaction and ensuring that the signers are who they say they are and that they can willingly sign the documents.
