I have originated, processed ,and closed loans so I am very familiar with the process and with the forms signed in a loan package but do understand my role as a notary. Would never give my advise or opinion but know where to direct them on the forms to get the information they need. I have worked for a signing company in the past as well where I completed around 50 signings.
