In my capacity as a notary, my responsibilities have included verifying document authenticity, confirming signers' identities, acting as an official witness, facilitating collaboration between buyers and sellers, and notarizing all necessary signatures. As a paralegal, I have prepared and reviewed contracts—including leases, rental agreements, and closing documents—mediated communication between buyer and seller attorneys, negotiated contract terms, examined title reports, monitored financial transactions and foreclosures, drafted legal property descriptions, and prepared eviction documentation.

Previously, I served clients across Austin, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Liberty Hill, and surrounding areas. Now based in Collin County, I remain committed to providing exceptional service to my local community and beyond.
