I am one that truly love this industry, I've been in it for over 21 years. I'm currently a Texas Traditional Notary, (RON) Notary, Signing Agent (TRID CERTIFIED) & Real Estate Paralegal. My job in the past and going forward has been making sure that documents are authentic, checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures. And on the paralegal side I prepared contracts, including leases or rental agreements and closing documents, facilitating communication between the lawyers for buyer and seller, negotiating contracts, reviewing title reports, monitoring financial transactions and foreclosures, preparing legal descriptions of land & preparing documents for eviction proceedings & etc. I have covered the Austin, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Roundrock, Leander, Liberty Hill & surrounding areas previously but now, I currently reside in Collin County and will continue to be of service to my surrounding areas. I currently sign for a major Title Company that’s located Nationally & throughout The State Texas.
