What you can expect when working with me…

Documents are printed on one side only, from my dual tray printer.
I arrive on time. If, by an off chance, I will be late, I contact the signer to let them know immediately.
Signers are not rushed or provided legal advice.
Notarizations are completed at the signing, after witnessing the signer sign the documents.
All signers receive their own copy of the docs.
I scanback docs if requested.
Closings finished by 4pm will be dropped off on time for overnight delivery.
