In my "former life" (prior to becoming a Notary Public) I worked as a Human Resources Professional with the Military and Federal Government.I have taken the National Notary Association's Certified Signing Agent Exam and I've obtained an additional 150+ hours of training for various loan products. Because of my training, I am comfortable with General Notary Work, Purchases, Cash Purchases, Simultaneous Closings, Sales, Refinances, VA Loans, FHA Loans, Reverse Mortgages, Hard Money Loans, Agricultural Loans, and more! I have completed roughly 50 RON Loan Signings through various platforms and about 75 General Notary assignments.
