I have been a notary since 1986. Currently retired from Garland Police Department and Garland ISD. Signings completed have been with Police Departments, public services, schools and individuals. Will travel within Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Rockwall. Depending on location will go to Dallas / Collin County. I am NNA Certified and Background-Screened Notary Signing Agent. I currently hold an On-Line Notary as well. My goal is to be able to work from home with my On-Line service which helps everyone in the long run.
