I'm a Texas Realtor, license #704703, having recently received my notary commission to act as a Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent. The knowledge I've gained in Texas Real estate documents will prove to be beneficial as a Notary Loan Signing Agent. I will be serving the Williamson County Texas area in addition to an area that can be defined as being within a 25 mile range into the counties of Burnet, Bell and Milam, all which border Williamson County. Cities would include those within a 30 mile radius of Georgetown Texas, but will not include Austin, Texas. I have excellent office equipment which includes a newly purchased Brother Image Center ADS-3000N Scanner which shoots out 50 DS ppm and 100 Single ppm and distinguishes between letter and legal pages within the same packet. I have signed up with DropBox, which allows sending and receiving large packets. My laser printer by Canon produces excellent copies and an iMac desktop, iPad and iPhone all serve me well. I'm looking forward to this opportunity as a Notary Loan Signing Agent to build upon my real estate business and hope I will be given opportunities to prove my commitment and dedication to becoming a sought-after loan signing agent.
