I pay close attention to details and will make sure the signer has a pleasant experience during the signing. I love all kinds of animals and children, I especially enjoy working with the elderly and young home buyers.

At each appointment I disinfect the pens and clipboards that the client will use. I will also provide the client with gloves if requested. At the end of the appointment all pens and clipboards are disinfected.

I am able to conduct the appointment outside if requested (Weather permitting).

I specialize in closings 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
I can also assist in taking Deeds to city courthouse for recording.

I serve the entire Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Bastrop, Dripping Springs and San Marcos area and will cover areas within 100 miles of Austin. Areas outside of 100 miles require a 48 hour notice.

Again, I am willing to meet signers at any location and want to make the signing experience as seamless, comfortable and convenient as possible. I am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and will go above and beyond to accommodate the signers needs.
