My first notary appointment was December 2008, while I was working as a Landman for Paloma Barnett, LLC; an oil and gas broker in the Barnett Shale. I worked for Paloma and then T2 Land Resources, LLC in Tarrant County, researching and leasing mineral ownership title, through September 2012.

Prior to that position, I spent five years managing ValueREI, Inc., a privately owned land investment company; purchasing foreclosed properties for investment. I routinely performed extensive research in real property records for those purchases.

Currently, I am working as a Listing Agent with a Broker-Realtor; and more frequently see contracts/mortgage documents. In total, I have ten+ years of experience in research and review of real property, tax, civil, family, and probate court records. I am proficient with all types of legal documents.
