I pay very close attention to your signing instructions.
If you have a preference of how you would like the signing to be conducted or packaged, please let me know. I believe in being thorough - while maintaining Notary code of ethics.

Pre-Closing Call:
Each appointment will receive a dedicated call from me to review any pre-closing instructions.
This call prepares each signer with what to expect during their signing, what to bring, if two forms of ID are required, wire instructions, and what to expect after closing.

My feedback from making this dedicated call has been tremendous. Your clients will feel more at ease and knowledgeable about the process.
The signers appreciate knowing what to expect before and after they sign. Taking the extra time to prepare them ensures a successful closing experience for all parties.
