Hello, my name is Ms. Ebony L. Jackson. I have completed over 300 signings. I am the Owner of Ynobe ProStep Notary Services. All services offered within my business will be provided professionally, timely, and satisfy the needs of the Client, Realtor, Escrow Officer, Title Company, and anyone needing basic notary services.
​I am a Commissioned Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent for the State of Texas. I received my certifications via the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System taught by Mark Wills. I am NNA Background approved. I am also a member of both the National Notary Association and American Association of Notaries.
​ Along with all previously mentioned credentials, I also have studied and earned an Associate of Arts Degree from McLennan Community College, as well as, a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to becoming the Owner of Ynobe ProStep Notary Services, I worked as an Investigator for Child Protective Services here in Texas for 3 1/2 years; and, then, as a Texas Works Advisor II for Health and Human Services Commission for 9 1/2 years.
I absolutely love my full-time career as a Mobile Notary / Notary Loan Signing Agent! I also understand that one mistake could possibly hold-up the entire funding of a loan; which is why I strive to make the process for all parties involved as stress-free, accurate and professional as possible. I triple check all documents before leaving the signing to ensure all signatures have been obtained, and all required notarizations have been done. "IF" ANY mistakes happen to be made on my part, I assure you the mistake will be corrected immediately!
