Oh, and un like most notary's I don't just shove the doc's infront of the borrower and say sign and date here. I know I have to be in partial. But not un-educated. I actually guide our borrowers through the loan documents such as the closing statement, the CD  the note, and the deed. I always make sure that our borrowers know what they are signing. Oh, and on the notice of right to cancel.  I always make sure the borrower's initials next to the date's if the date's are needed to be changed. Or if the lines are blank I'll  have the borrower's fill in the correct date's. I am available 24/7 I don't mind driving 2 hrs away to the closing.
