My main job is to successfully and easily walk your clients through their documents so that they understand what they are signing with no errors. I am patient with your clients, knowledgeable on any forms they are signing, and strive to make their experience the best it can be.

I am both bonded and insured, and hold certificates in two of the industry’s most reputable advanced education courses through Notary2Pro and the Loan Signing System. Additionally, I hold membership and certification with the National Notary Association.

How do I make every signing as stress free and error free as possible? For starters, this is quite possibly your borrower's most important purchase they will EVER make so I carefully go over each and every document with the borrowers to verify that all dates, signatures, initials, etc are correctly & completely filled out. If the borrowers are unsure of anything on their documents that I can’t answer, I immediately have them call the appropriate contact while we are still at the table.

Communication is KEY with me so you will be updated throughout the entire process from start to finish.

All documents are triple checked before being returned to you. With access to a late night 9pm FedEx next day drop-off, most documents get sent back to you the same day as the signing.
