My name is Aliza, and I am a Texas-based Mobile Notary and Certified Loan Signing Agent. As a Notary Signing Agent, I offer services for real estate transactions, including loan packages, loan modifications, refinances, buyer and seller packages, reverse mortgages, piggybacks, and more.

As a mobile Notary Public, I offer signature notarizations for affidavits, certified copies, divorce decrees, power of attorneys, oath affirmations, and more.

Furthermore, I offer non-notarial services such as I-9 Form Employment Verifications as an Authorized Representative.

I am a National Notary Association (NNA) Certified Loan Signing Agent, have completed the NNA Notary Essentials Course, and have completed the NNA Background Screening.

I take my business very seriously and understand the importance of the regulations required of me as a Texas Notary Public, which I swore on oath to adhere to when I took my oath of office. I have E&O Insurance in the amount of $100,000, and I am Bonded through the State of Texas in the amount of $10,000.

Furthermore, I am extremely detail-oriented and strive for excellence. As a best business practice, it is important for me to adhere to my commitments to any client that requires my services. I will follow the guidelines and instructions given to me.

I have superb communication skills and am comfortable calling all hiring parties for clarification during loan closings. I encourage all signers to call their lender for any questions they have about document specifics.

I have all-day availability and can accommodate unusual business hours. This includes very early in the morning or very late at night with some advanced notice. I am available on weekends and holidays. I am very flexible and open to rescheduling an assignment at the request of the signer with the approval of their lender, as I know our common goal is to complete the closing successfully to the satisfaction of all parties.

I am fully willing to meet signer(s) at locations that are more convenient or comfortable for them, and this includes restaurants, private residences, outdoors, hospitals, senior living communities, and other places.

I feel that everyone should be treated with respect, and have no issues working with seniors or individuals with disabilities. I will treat all signers with professionalism and grace.

It is important to have all the tools necessary to help facilitate a smooth transaction. I own a Brother HL-L6200 DWT laser dual-tray printer and a mobile phone. I have the ability to send scan backs if requested with my very fast Epson 400 II scanner, and I have no problems doing so at the request of the signing agency and/or title company. I also have mobile hotspot capabilities and can scan back documents in a pinch if directed to do so.

I have over five years’ experience assisting clients in signing a variety of federal documents, including W-9s, W-8 BENs, and W-7s due to my previous work in the casino industry as an office clerk. Due to the sensitive nature of these documents, I understand the importance of client confidentiality and securing sensitive client information. I also have familiarity with vetting various forms of government identification and keeping up with rules and regulations regarding acceptable IDs. I have excellent customer service skills and pride myself on going above and beyond for all my clients.
