I have been in the real estate industry since 1980. Started in the title industry in 1984 and became an Escrow Officer in 1990. (Have been closing, managing offices, working up files, closing transactions, commercial and residential, marketing sales, funding, training new employees, monthly reports in addition to all my managerial duties). Due to my Mother's health situation I was forced to take a family leave of absence which stops me working full time anywhere. I asked for a part time position but there was nothing available at the time so I had to create myself a working opportunity.
