I am totally equipped with a dual tray printer and scanner to ensure prompt return of documents. I quadruple check all documents 1) When they are received for continuity of documents and name(s) 2) During the signing 3) After the signing, and 4) At the FedEX or UPS before returning documents to ensure the documents are error free. I am NNA certified, and also certified through the Loan Signing System program.

I am available Monday through Sunday from 7am – 9pm. My experience includes HELOCs, Tax Loans, Loan Modifications, Hybrid Signing, Reverse Mortgages, Refinances, Purchases, and Sellers packages. Although, these are my target zones, I am service-minded and put my clients first; therefore, I offer times outside of these parameters if needed whenever possible.
