I was detailed and thorough when resolving customer financial issues and made decisions that impacted the customer and the company. I've provided notary services for 4 years and I am trained on the loan signing processes, including HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, Seller Packages, and more. On every signing I ensure that all documents are completed accurately before leaving the signing. I ensure that documents are received on time via the method requested. If there is an instance that a correction is needed, I will respond expeditiously to resolve as soon as possible.
