Along with being a realtor for 16 years, I’m a Commissioned Texas Notary Public, National Notary Association Background Screened and a Certified Signing Agent! I have completed over 8 hours of additional signing agent training through the Signing Agent Advanced Training Program. With my extensive real estate background, I’m accustomed to effectively communicating with people and explaining documents. I’m extremely dependable, detail oriented and punctual. In 2002, I graduated from the University of Houston with a concentration in Business Administration and minor in Spanish. Since then, I have been working as a realtor in residential and commercial sales. For 14 years, I have been using my real estate license to complete Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for multiple companies. I have successfully completed 1000s of BPO reports for companies who utilize platforms similar to Snapdocs. I am accustomed to communicating with homeowners and tenants for interior and exterior inspections. I am very familiar with my city and surrounding counties due to the need of commuting to a multitude of residences for BPO report completions. I am also very comfortable effectively working with short deadlines.
