I have worked with real estate and loan contracts for over 21 years and have great knowledge of loan signings/power of attorneys and most legal documents. I meet customers at their desired location for signings. As a licensed realtor I am mandated to my continuing education every 2 years which includes contract law, legal update and ethics. I also receive valuable updates on rules, regulations and educational information on notarial services because I am a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Having served in the United States Marine Corps, I am equipped with some of life's greatest skills such as honesty, integrity, focus, respect and discretion.
