At Handy Dandy Notary, we provide remote or mobile loan signing services. The fees are based on 1-2 signers and a single loan. There are additional fees for more than 2 signers and/or more than 1 loan. Please contact me so I can create a custom listing for you in that case.

When booking, please:
        Upload current and valid photo identification for all signers and witnesses (i.e., state issued driver's license or identification card, U.S. passport, or military identification card). I must verify your identity prior to completing any services being performed.
        Provide your email address.
        Provide 3 dates and times that you prefer for your online or mobile appointment within 5 days from booking. I will confirm the date and time that works best for both of us.
        Scan your document, completely filled out and without signatures, save the scanned document in PDF format, and email the document to [email protected]. You will sign the document during the online appointment. Please include the legal first and last names and addresses of all signers and witnesses in your email.
