I will direct all questions regarding loan docs to their loan officer to questions I cannot answer or not permitted to answer, but will be thorough. I will check documents for missing signatures and notarizations before doing scanbacks or sending documents via FedEx or UPS. I have a laser printer and a portable scanner.
