I am an experienced signing agent that is very thorough and does not miss any initials, dates, signatures or stamps. I make sure that all forms (Notice of right to cancel, 1003, PCOR, and all other major documents) are completely filled out using correct verbiage with proper signatures. All borrowers will be properly guided to ensure all forms are filled correctly while providing a great experience. After the signing is complete all of the documents will be returned within a timely manner before the drop off deadlines.
