I'm here to provide a complete ( all documents in loan package will be filled out, signed, dated, initialed and notarized as needed including Trust Certifications, P.C.O.R, Statement of Information, Disbursement of Proceeds ect.) closing experience for all parties involved. If it is a late signing I know getting to FedEx is more important than scan backs. I will package the loan docs in Escrow office and get the legal description to make sure it is included. My goal is to leave the signer fully confident in the closing so they'll have no doubt or regrets that could end up with the signer cancelling the loan. I do this by walking the borrower through the loan documents and pointing to information that answers their question. I'll never request additional fees for rush hour, last minute, or weekend signings. I just appreciate the opportunity to help expand your business one closing at a time.
