I have been a Full-Time Certified Signing Agent for "Witness Only Closings for approx. 30 yrs., Real Estate Agent 27 yrs., Loan Officer 2 yrs. and Title Company experience. I am not just a Notary Public I am Experienced to explain the documents to the borrower, only if this is what you require and help keep your closings together at the table due to the borrower(s) usually having unanswered questions and not being able to reach their Loan Officer or Lender during the closing if it is during business hours, late in the evening or on a weekend. When they are unable to reach their Loan Officer to answer their question(s) I can usually help them, but if for some reason I am not able to help them and they tell me they want to cancel the process I try to reach their Loan Officer or Lender until they are able to speak to someone and explain to them that they can get their questions answered during the appointm
