I am often able to book a conference room for cash-out home equity and reverse mortgage closings, and am able to do after hours and weekend closings at that location as well. I generally require a minimum 2 business day advance notice for accommodating requests for those courtesy signings requiring a location.

In addition to fulfilling all of your other remote notary needs, including one off legal documents, I-9s, subpoenas, etc. - I am willing to supplement your in-office notary needs on a daily basis, or just on those busy and overbooked days.
