Experienced Notary with 11 years as a Mortgage Underwriter. My schedule is rather flexible 2pm - 12am (CST) daily Monday - Thursday & Sunday. 7am-12 am on Saturdays. I service the City of Houston, Pearland, Humble, Pasadena, Manvel, Katy, Stafford and other surrounding areas of Houston. I have been involved in a wide range of loans closings with various purposes such as: Rate/Term refinances, asset funding, loan applications, cash-out refinances, seller purchase, reverse mortgages, etc.
