Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience. Outside providing eminence customer service I can assure you these three things:

One: I am Knowledgeable & Detailed Oriented. As a former educator and athletic administrator. I am meticulous in my work. I will review and review again each and every document for accuracy. Ensuring that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple-check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

Two: I do not foresee errors occurring however on the rare occasion one is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP to curtail disruptions.

Three: The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete, and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. I am smack in the heart of Downtown Houston which provides me with easy access to all major highways.
