Hi! My name is Lataia Johnson, I graduated from Texas Southern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and A Master's Degree in Counseling. I have two years of notary experience and reside in Houston, Texas. Where I specialize in preparing loan packages and organizing loan documents . I have great interpersonal skills. I enjoy meeting new clients and traveling to sites where the notarization will occur. During the notarization process I carefully identify the borrowers using only acceptable means of identification. After the borrower has been identified I assist the borrower with going over each page of their loan documents thoroughly while helping the borrower identify the places on the package they need to sign. Once loan singing is complete I prioritize getting documents shipped off in a timely manner. Once signing is complete I notify the singing agency the signing is done.
