Lisa Howard is a friendly, caring and meticulous person. Her schedule is very flexible with appointments starting as early as 8:00am Monday - Friday and 10:00am Saturday and Sunday. Service area is comprised of mostly of Harris County including Downtown Houston, Memorial, The Galleria. She is also available to service other surrounding counties such as Brazoria , Fort Bend and Galveston county. Lisa is also extremely astute in all notary laws, and will strictly adhere to them when representing our clients.
