I make sure all docs are clean without any errors or mark throughs. There is no need for my clients to worry about initialing corrections as I simply print a new page for them. I can print docs from anywhere at any time. I also know exactly where the latest Fedex and UPS Pickups are in my area to give you the best shot of getting your loan docs back in the mail the same day of the signing.

I use a triple check accuracy process to make sure your loan docs are received error free. I check the loan docs for accuracy:
1. During the signing process
2. I make a second pass through the docs after the client has signed all pages
3. I make a third pass through the loan docs at Fedex or UPS just to make sure we did not miss anything in the first 2 passes.
