FACE TO FACE (Counties): Brazoria, Fort Bend. Harris, Galveston, Jefferson, and Wharton. I will drive up to 15 mile radius for the fee offerred. Additional travel fee can be negotiated for over for 16 miles and over. Any signings over the 30 mile radius must also be negotiated.

EXPERIENCE

Certified Notary Signing Agent from 2010 - Present. I have conducted mortgage signings to include refinancing, purchasing and/or selling property; and reverse mortgages. I also have experience conducting Debt Resolution; and Tax Lien signings.

All requirements have been completed to conduct signings as a Certified Notary Signing Agent and a Remote Online Notary.

I use strong interpersonal and organizational skills to complete all assignments promptly and efficiently; as well as being professional in appearance. Also, I can adapt to any time changes as needed.
