a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or more specifically reflect poorly on you and your client.
All forms will come back filled out completely, whether that be the Statement of Information, Trust Certification, Notice Right to Cancel,
or Disbursements of Proceeds. More importantly, I know how they are to be filled out and will not miss the notary sections.
Arrive on time (always factoring in traffic). Will communicate with you regarding the closing. On the one off there is a mistake it
will be corrected right away and get documents back as soon as possible to avoid missing the drop of documents deadline.
