I was a foreclosure broker for 10 years and I closed over 800 transactions with HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Chase, Bank Of America, Wells Fargo, and many other lending institutions so I know the area very well and the closing process as well. I have a flexible schedule 7am to 9pm Monday thru Friday. I am very professional and thorough and timely with my all my signings. I am patient and a problem solver.
