I am a Notary Public, NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent and Remote Online Notary who is interested in teaming up with Signing Services, Escrow Officers, Realtors, and Attorneys to conduct loan signings. I have previous work experience in the legal department with the State of Texas. My job duty required to provide notarial services, complete court reports, testify in court, and building rapport with professionals, and the diverse community in the Houston/surrounding areas. My skills include Completing all Loan closings, Equity Loans, Purchases, 1st and 2nd, Seller’s, Refinances, HEDLOC, deed signings, FHA, VA, Mobile Home Refinances and Reverse Mortgages.
