I have been a licensed escrow officer in the State of Texas for over 15 years and have conducted more than 3,000 real estate closings in SW Houston, Memorial, Rice Military and The Woodlands. More recently, I assisted with the opening of a new title branch in The Heights and became fully familiar with new lending practices and real estate procedures implemented by RESPA, CFPB, NAR & TREC.
I take great pride in providing excellent customer service and I truly enjoy assisting the clients as they navigate through what can be a complicated and stressful process. This is often the largest financial decision in one’s life and it is my responsibility to respond to the clients' questions clearly and concisely but within the limits of my role as Notary Public.
