I know my role as a notary signing agent is to be educated while remaining neutral and unbiased. I am customer service focused and treat every signer with VIP courtesy and professionalism.

I understand this can be a stressful and overwhelming process for signers. As a previous teacher with a decade of experience, I patiently guide signers through their mortgage documents logically and efficiently - making sure they feel comfortable at the signing table while pointing out important details and giving a brief description of what they are signing.

I triple check key documents such as the Notice to Right to Cancel, Closing Disclosure, Note, Patriot Act, and the 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly and all signatures, dates, and initials are filled out.

I'm bonded, insured with a 1 million E&O policy, and am mobile. I can do signings at a location of your clients choice or at your office.

I hold a membership with the National Notary Association (NNA) and received advanced notary education holding two certifications through the Loan Signing System and the National Notary Association, as well as attend weekly continuing education classes.

The documents will be returned to you promptly and as soon as the signing is complete. If requested, I will deliver documents directly to title free of charge.
