During my real estate career I personally worked with lending institutions in the area for interim financing, contractor payment draws, closed hundreds of VA, FHA and conventional loans. I am willing and physically able to travel where and when needed. I have the patience and aptitude to work for all assigned clients. I work efficiently under stressful situations and am good with details and timelines.
I am a retired Texas Certified teacher with 39 years experience and have 15 years as a school administrator. Working as a deputy superintendent with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice gave me multiple years experience with attorneys, legislators, and state as well as federal agencies. I am trained and certified as a professional mediator.
