I am 35 years old and a Notary of just one year but have 5 years of Mortgage related experience as a loan originator and also Underwriter. I am currently only represented by signing one agent and I'm looking to expand my business while increasing my income. My current relationship with that signing agent provides me with signings at First American title offices as well as Carefree Title, an entity of Meritage homes in Irving.

My coverage availability extends from North Dallas area (Addison and as far reaching as Rockwall) but the majority of my work comes from the Carefree Title office in Irving. That said, living off of the Dallas North Tollway, I am within reasonable distance of the Colleyville area. Not only do I regularly traverse that area, but I grew up there also...So I am very familiar with the area. Especially with respect to traffic and allotting for sufficient travel time to appointments.

I am certified through the National Notary Association and carry up to $25,000 worth of E&O insurance. My background check is current as well.
