ALL FORMS will come back to you completely filled out: STATEMENT OF INFORMATION, TRUST CERTIFICATION, PCOR, etc. I know how to have borrowers fill out the Power of Attorney, and I'll get the signatures and correct date on the NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CANCEL. I understand that something as simple as a missing initial can cause funding conditions or push things past the expiration of a rate lock.

And I can do a signing any time of day or night -- I'm not picky. I'll even drive 2 hours to do a signing in order to earn your trust and confidence. And if at all possible, I will have the documents back to you and to FedEx the same day.
