Primary Location is in Limestone County Texas but I service surrounding areas such as Leon County, Anderson County, Freestone County, Navarro County, Ellis County, Hill County, McLennan County, etc.

(Mileage) Driving time is considered in price of signings, mileage outside of 40 miles may require additional compensation.

(Cancellations) If cancellations occur, and East Lake Notary Svcs has provided time to the signing, a fee of $25.00 will be invoiced.

(Documentation) Documents are reviewed prior to and after signing. Every effort is made to minimize errors and return any time sensitive materials in a timely manner. Please allow enough time to provide this service. Pick up time for mailing is 4pm CST. If signings occur after this time they will be picked up the next day.
